What is collected when you use the booking form, why, and how long it is kept.

Who is responsible

What is collected
When you send the booking form you provide a name and an email address, and if you wish also a phone number, a preferred time and a message. You also choose a session type. That is all.
The form deliberately does not ask about symptoms, diagnoses, medication, personal ID numbers or date of birth, and files cannot be attached. Health data is a special category of personal data under Article 9 of the GDPR, and it should not pass through a web form hosted by an external provider. Those things belong in the session.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and does not track you between pages. Your language choice is stored locally in your own browser and never leaves your device.
Why, and on what lawful basis
The data is used solely to answer your enquiry and agree a time. The lawful basis is your consent, given via the checkbox in the form, together with steps taken at your request before entering a contract. The checkbox is never pre-ticked.
The data is not used for marketing, is not sold, and is not shared with anyone other than the processor described below.
Who processes the data for me
The form is sent via Web3Forms, which forwards the contents to my email. Web3Forms acts as a data processor under a processing agreement. The provider offers processing within the EU, and that setting is used for this site. The email is then stored with my email provider.
How long it is kept
If no booking follows, the enquiry is deleted no later than twelve months after the last contact. If a booking does follow, contact details are kept for as long as you are a client and twelve months thereafter. Notes from the session itself are a different thing from this enquiry and are handled separately, under the rules that apply to treatment records.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data is held about you and to receive a copy. You have the right to have inaccurate data corrected and, in most cases, erased. You can ask for processing to be restricted, object to it, and have the data transferred elsewhere in a machine-readable format.
Where you have given consent you may withdraw it at any time. That does not affect what has already been done. Write to kontakt@florahomeopati.se and I will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how your data is handled you can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), the supervisory authority in Sweden. Contact details are at imy.se. You are of course welcome to come to me first.
